FAQ
- Can I verify carriers from the Load screen?
Yes — as long as the carrier is linked to the Load, you can trigger verification directly. - Do I need to refresh data manually?
You can — or FTM can schedule periodic updates to re-verify every 30/60 days. - What happens if the MC/DOT is invalid?
The system will return an error, and no fields will be populated. You’ll be prompted to double-check the entry.
