Referral commission is calculated based on the first-year deal value of each qualified customer you introduce.

Intro-Only Referral
(FTM team sells and closes)

- FTM runs demo, scoping, negotiation, and closes

Partner-Led Close
(Partner introduces AND closes)
- Partner introduces and runs the sales motion
- FTM supports onboarding and delivery
- Partner owns the close
Paid on first-year deal value.
Payment Terms
- One-time commission based on the first year only
- Payout issued within 14 days after FTM receives full first-year payment
Account management bonus
If a partner also manages the account post-close (adoption, renewal push, expansion support), add:
- Renewals bonus: 3% to 7% of renewal revenue (year 2+)
- Expansion bonus: 3% to 5% of expansion revenue (new modules, more users, added services)
Partner Requirements
To keep the program clean and high quality, partners must follow these rules:
- Ethical outreach only
No spam. No scraped lists. No misleading claims. - Decision maker introductions
Referrals should include an owner, GM, operations manager, dispatch manager, or CFO. - Basic referral context
Partners must submit the minimum information listed above so the first call is productive. - Confidentiality and professionalism
Do not share sensitive customer data in the application form or in public channels.

This can be a two-way partnership.
