We’re seeking positive self-motivated Bilingual Business Developers to join our fast-growing global company. As a Business Developer you will help our team grow our customer base through content creation, content translation and publishing on different social media channels. In later stages you will engage with customers to demo FTM and identify their business requirements on an on-going basis. This position will offer you a great opportunity to learn social media strategies, sales cycle stages, Salesforce technologies, as well as transportation industry processes.   • Participate in daily virtual meetings with team
  • Use various social media channels to connect with individuals in the industry 
  • Translation, revision and testing the Freight Trans Manager in Spanish
  • Content creation for Spanish speaking audience
  • Drive awareness and generate leads with the aim of presenting FTM and its features to prospective customers
  • Schedule and participate in product demonstrations to prospects
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner
  • Determine customer needs and create requirement analysis 
  • Close opportunities with contract follow up


  • Self-motivated, positive, persistent go-getters/hustlers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with business software and cloud solutions is desired
  • Salesforce certification is highly desired 
  • Presentation skills (with platform knowledge such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is required
  • Business Administration / Management / Communication degree is a plus 
  • Professional, responsive, and well organized
