Does FTM AutoFill work with my existing setup?
Yes. It is a Salesforce-native add-on that activates inside your current FTM org. Because of this, there is no migration, no rebuild, and no middleware to configure. It creates native FTM objects, the same ones your team already works with every day.
What document types does it handle?
The tool processes PDFs (including scanned images via OCR), DOCX files, and plain-text emails. In addition, it handles messy, non-standard carrier formats, not just clean digital documents from large shippers.
Can it read documents with different layouts every time?
Yes. Freight Graph’s AI is trained on freight-specific documents and handles layout variation well. Unlike template-matching tools, it understands context. As a result, it can extract the right fields even when the format changes between carriers.
What happens if the AI is not confident about a field?
FTM AutoFill assigns confidence scores to every extracted field. Anything below the confidence threshold is flagged for your team to review before the record is confirmed. Therefore, nothing is written to Salesforce without human sign-off.
How does inbox monitoring work?
You provide a designated email address, or we configure monitoring on an existing inbox. The system then processes incoming attachments automatically. Simply email [email protected] and we will set this up as part of your activation.
How long does activation take?
For existing FTM customers, activation typically takes one business day. First, we configure the connection and inbox monitoring. Then we confirm everything in your sandbox before going live in production.
