Haul Pay Integration Guide

Connect FTM with Haul Pay to submit delivered invoices for factoring and keep payment status synced back to the shipment.

Haul Pay workflow for factoring & payment processing in Freight Transportation Manager _ FTM TMS _ Transportation Management Systems

Overview

Haul Pay helps carriers and brokers speed up cash flow after delivery by advancing payment on approved invoices.
With the Haul Pay integration, FTM lets you submit invoice-ready shipment details for factoring and then track payment progress back inside FTM.

Purpose

Submit delivered shipments for factoring and receive funding or payment status updates back in FTM.

Where you’ll use Haul Pay in FTM

You’ll use Haul Pay from the shipment or invoice context in FTM, typically after delivery when the load is ready for billing.

How it works in daily use

After you mark a shipment as delivered in FTM, you can send the invoice details to Haul Pay for review.
Once Haul Pay completes its review, the funding outcome and payment status are returned back into FTM so your team can track progress without switching tools.

What you’ll see in FTM

  • Invoice submission recorded (sent for factoring)
  • Review outcome visible (approved or not approved)
  • Payment status returned (advanced or paid)
  • Shipment financial status stays aligned with the factoring outcome

Common use cases

  • Faster access to funds after delivery
  • Clear visibility into invoice funding and payment progress
  • Less manual follow-up between operations and finance

Notes

  • This workflow starts after delivery (it is not a rating or booking integration).
  • Approval depends on Haul Pay review requirements.
  • FTM focuses on keeping status visible and aligned, not replacing your accounting system.
