Yes. AutoFill activates inside your current FTM org. It creates and updates the same native FTM objects your team already uses, without a migration, rebuild, or middleware layer.
No. AutoFill operates inside FTM and Salesforce, but organizations do not need an existing Salesforce subscription before deploying it. Salesforce can be included as part of the FTM solution. If your organization already uses Salesforce, AutoFill deploys into that environment.
AutoFill cross-references extracted data against customer accounts, carrier records, driver profiles, fleet inventory, and open loads or quotes. When it finds a match, it links the document to the existing record. Confidence scores flag uncertain matches for review.
Depending on the document and configuration, AutoFill can create customer charge line items, carrier pay items, and stage invoice records inside FTM. The standard human approval step happens before Salesforce is updated.

You provide a designated email address, or the team configures monitoring on an existing inbox. AutoFill processes incoming attachments as they arrive. Inbox monitoring is configured during activation.
Documents are processed by Freight Graph’s AI engine for extraction and matching, and structured results return to the Salesforce org. Data is not shared with third parties or used to train external models. Contact the FTM team for organization-specific data handling requirements.
For existing FTM customers, activation typically takes one business day. The team configures the connection and inbox monitoring, confirms the workflow in the sandbox, and then goes live in production. New FTM customers can include AutoFill in their implementation.
