FTM AutoFill is an AI-powered document automation tool built natively inside Salesforce. It reads your incoming freight documents and populates FTM records automatically, so your team can stop transcribing data and start moving freight instead.
Your Documents
Fill Themselves In.
FTM AutoFill reads incoming freight documents, including BoLs, rate confirmations, PODs, and invoices, and populates your FTM Salesforce records automatically. One click to approve. Zero manual entry.
Powered by Freight Graph · Built for Salesforce · Human-approved before any record is written
Every load starts with a document nobody wants to type.
A rate confirmation comes in. As a result, someone reads it, opens FTM, and types in the shipper, consignee, origin, destination, weight, commodity, rate, and references. Then another one arrives. And another after that.
That is not operations. That is transcription. AutoFill ends it.
How FTM AutoFill Works: Four Steps, Zero Typing
The tool fits directly into your existing workflow. Moreover, there are no new systems to learn and no manual steps to add.
Every Field Your Freight Ops Team Actually Needs
Works with PDFs, scanned images (OCR), DOCX, and plain-text emails. Handles messy, non-standard formats.
Native to Salesforce and Purpose-Built for Freight
Unlike generic automation tools, FTM AutoFill is designed specifically for freight operations teams.
Lives inside FTM
Because there is no middleware, there is also nothing extra to maintain. Draft records are created as native FTM objects inside your Salesforce org. As a result, nothing ever leaves your environment.
Freight-trained AI
The extraction engine is powered by Freight Graph, an AI platform built specifically for logistics documents. It is not a generic tool bolted onto a form. For example, it understands SCAC codes, PRO numbers, and accessorial charges natively.
Human-in-the-loop by design
Every extraction goes through a review step before anything is saved. Therefore, your ops team stays in control at all times. Speed matters, but accuracy matters more.
Built for the Teams Doing the Work
Freight Brokers
Rate confirmations and carrier invoices hit your inbox all day. Because of this, FTM AutoFill handles the data entry so your team can focus on the relationships instead.
Carriers
BoLs, PODs, and load tenders arrive constantly. The tool reads them as they come in and drafts the records before your dispatcher finishes their coffee.
Shippers
Load tenders, carrier confirmations, and delivery receipts all flow in automatically. Consequently, every inbound document populates into FTM without your team touching a keyboard.
FTM Alone vs. FTM with AutoFill
AutoFill does not replace FTM. Instead, it removes the manual work that sits in front of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does AutoFill work with my existing FTM setup?
Yes. It is a Salesforce-native add-on that activates inside your current FTM org. No migration, no rebuild, and no middleware to configure. It creates native FTM objects, the same ones your team already works with every day.
What document types does it handle?
AutoFill processes PDFs, including scanned images via OCR, DOCX files, and plain-text emails. It handles messy, non-standard carrier formats, not just clean digital documents from large shippers.
Can it handle documents with different layouts?
Yes. Freight Graph’s AI is trained on freight-specific documents and handles layout variation well. Unlike template-matching tools, it understands context, so it extracts the right fields even when the format changes between carriers.
What happens if the AI is not confident about a field?
AutoFill assigns confidence scores to every extracted field. Anything below the confidence threshold is flagged for your team to review before the record is confirmed. Nothing is written to Salesforce without human sign-off.
How does inbox monitoring work?
You provide a designated email address, or we configure monitoring on an existing inbox. The system processes incoming attachments automatically. Email [email protected] and we will set this up as part of your activation.
How long does activation take?
For existing FTM customers, activation typically takes one business day. We configure the connection and inbox monitoring, confirm everything in your sandbox, and then go live in production.
Does my data leave Salesforce?
Documents are processed by Freight Graph’s AI engine to perform extraction, and structured results are returned to your Salesforce org. Freight Graph is a trusted internal service within the FTM product stack. Your data is not shared with third parties or used to train external models.
