1 What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They can remember a preference, maintain a session, support security, or help a website understand how it is used. Some cookies expire when you close your browser, while others remain until their expiration date or until you delete them.
Similar technologies include tags, pixels, scripts, local storage, session storage, software development kits, and security tokens. In this Policy, “cookies” includes these technologies where the context permits.
Cookies may be set by FTM as the website operator (“first-party”) or by a service embedded in or used by the Site (“third-party”). Third-party providers control their own cookies and may change their names or durations.

2 Consent and legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the Site, secure forms, remember privacy choices, and deliver services you request. They do not require consent where applicable law permits their use without consent.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions that require prior consent, we ask permission before using non-essential analytics, preference, functional, or advertising technologies. Under the GDPR, consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from viewing the public Site. However, an optional embedded feature, such as Calendly scheduling or a media player, may not work until you enable the relevant category.

Google Analytics receives events such as page views and selected Site interactions. FTM uses this information to understand aggregate performance, including traffic sources and the use of contact or demo flows. We do not ask Google Analytics to receive the contents of form fields.
5 Manage or withdraw your choices
Cookie Settings
Open the Site’s settings panel to accept, reject, or change non-essential categories. Your new choice applies from that point forward. It does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies. If you delete the consent-preference cookie, the banner may ask you to choose again. Blocking all cookies may affect security tools, forms, scheduling, or other Site functions.

- Use the consent banner for category-level choices before optional technologies load.
6 Third-party services and controls
Third parties may process device, browser, IP, security, or interaction information when their service is loaded. Their cookies and retention rules are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
- Google Analytics: You can use Site Cookie Settings, browser controls, or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Security processing is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: The contact form uses a Cloudflare security challenge to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and abuse.
- Google Fonts: Font files may be requested from Google when the service is enabled. Where consent is required, the service remains blocked until the relevant choice is made.
- Calendly: The embedded scheduling tool may set cookies or storage when loaded or used. You may decline the functional category and contact FTM directly instead.
- Embedded media: Media providers may receive information when you choose to load or play their content.
7 Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Policy when we add or remove a service, change cookie durations, modify the consent tool, or respond to legal requirements. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Where required, we will ask for consent again before materially different non-essential cookies are used.
