- Effectively communicate with potential customers in English (written and spoken).
- Deliver online demos to showcase the features of the FTM system.
- Persuade clients to subscribe to and use the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address their concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights during sales negotiations.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in sales and the logistics industry.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective online demos.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.
- Collaborate with the development team on front-end, back-end, or full-stack projects
- Learn and apply coding best practices with guidance
- Participate in team meetings and code reviews
- Continuously improve technical skills
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: .NET, React, Angular, Apex
- Strong motivation to learn and grow
- Ability to work remotely
- Basic understanding of web development
- Full-stack knowledge is a plus
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Support projects in your chosen field (e.g., content, logistics, software, or AI)
- Contribute to research, content creation, or software/system tasks
- Join remote meetings and collaborate with the team
- Report progress and stay updated on relevant trends
- Interest in one or more fields:
- Social Media & Content
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Software Development
- TMS, ERP, or CRM
- AI in Logistics/Content
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work remotely and manage time well
- Relevant background or experience is a plus
