Do I need to sell FTM to earn commission?

No. As an Intro Partner, your only job is making the connection. You do not need to demo the product, answer technical questions, or negotiate pricing. After the intro, FTM handles the sales process and onboarding. You earn 10% when the deal closes.
How is commission calculated?

Commission is based on the first-year contract value of the customer you referred. Intro Partners earn 10%, while Active Partners who co-sell through close earn 25%. Then, commission is paid within 14 days of the customer’s first payment via Bank Transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or Wise.
What kind of customers should I refer?

The best FTM customers are freight brokers, carriers with 12 or more trucks, shippers, dispatching companies, and 3PLs with 3 or more users. For example, look for teams managing operations in spreadsheets or disconnected tools. Teams already on Salesforce are a strong signal; however, Salesforce is included in FTM’s implementation, so it is not a requirement.
Are there renewal or expansion bonuses?

Yes, for Active Partners. Year 2+ renewals carry a 3–7% bonus. Expansion revenue from new modules, additional users, and added services carries a 3–5% bonus. These are confirmed during your onboarding based on your level of involvement with the account.
What happens after I submit a referral?

We reach out to the prospect within one business day, log the referral to your partner account in our CRM, and send you status updates when the demo is booked, when the deal closes, and when your payment is on the way. As a result, you are never left wondering about the status of your referral.
Can I refer someone I already introduced informally?
