FTM LEGAL
Privacy, explained clearly.
This Privacy Policy explains how Asuccini LLC, doing business as Freight Transportation Manager (FTM), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit ftm.cloud or interact with our website services.
01
What we collect
Information you provide, website usage data, form activity, and security information.
02
Why we use it
To answer inquiries, schedule demos, operate and secure the site, and improve FTM.
03
Your choices
Manage cookies, unsubscribe from marketing, and exercise GDPR or applicable U.S. privacy rights.
1 Scope and privacy roles
This Policy applies to the public website at ftm.cloud, including its blog, resources, document guides, contact forms, demo-booking pages, newsletter forms, and website chatbot (collectively, the “Site”). It also applies when you communicate with us about the Site, request information, register for a demo, or subscribe to updates.
For these activities, Asuccini LLC is generally the business or data controller responsible for deciding why and how personal information is processed.
FTM is also a Salesforce-native transportation management product. When an FTM customer uses the product to process its own customer, carrier, driver, worker, shipment, document, location, or operational data, that customer generally determines the purpose and means of processing and acts as the controller or business. Asuccini LLC may act as a processor or service provider only as described in the applicable customer agreement, order form, data processing addendum, or support arrangement. This Website Privacy Policy does not replace those agreements.
Plain-language summary: This Policy covers the public FTM website and related marketing interactions. Customer-controlled transportation data inside an FTM deployment is governed by the customer’s contract and privacy responsibilities.

4 How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:
- Website and hosting providers that support WordPress, website delivery, content, forms, and related infrastructure.
- Salesforce, when website forms create or update leads and when we manage business relationships in Salesforce.

- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We require service providers to process information for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards through contracts or other legally recognized mechanisms.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include certain analytics or advertising disclosures. Where a non-essential website technology is treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out through Cookie Settings or another method described in this Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
6 International data transfers
Asuccini LLC is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws from your country.
When personal data subject to the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar transfer restrictions is transferred internationally, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism as required. Depending on the provider and destination, this may include an adequacy decision, participation in a recognized data privacy framework, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another legally valid safeguard. You may contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.
7 Retention and security
How long we retain information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to an inquiry, maintain a business relationship, honor marketing preferences, secure the Site, satisfy contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The criteria we use include the nature and sensitivity of the information, the relationship involved, applicable limitation periods, legal and regulatory obligations, and whether the information can be deleted or de-identified.
Cookie durations are listed in the Cookie Policy. Google Analytics identifiers on the Site may persist for up to 24 months, subject to your consent choices and browser settings. We may retain a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe so that we do not send further marketing messages.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, secure transmission, monitoring, vendor review, and procedures for responding to suspected incidents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
